  • The timelines for service delivery will vary for different complaint types.
  • The response time guaranteed is in terms of business days only.
  • The Service Guarantee takes into account certain response timelines from members which will be mentioned on the individual communication. Members are required to respond within the timelines to enable us to serve them in a timely manner and for the service guarantee to apply.
  • Hotel service related matters are not covered under the service guarantee.
