Accommodation
1. Valid at select Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions , Gateway Hotels & all lodges of Taj Safari In India only. (For Only Residential Guests)
2. Applicable for current Y.P.O. members of the India chapter. The member must stay at the hotel, in order to avail the give offers & benefits
3. A valid Y.P.O. Member ID needs to be presented at check-in.
4. A copy of the Y.P.O. member’s ID will be retained by the hotel team for records. In the absence of valid membership ID, the special rate will not be applicable, and the hotel will charge the regular applicable best available rate, with no discounts or inclusive.
5. The offer is available at participating hotels only. Rates are subject to availability at time of booking. There are limited rooms available on the offer and the offer will not be valid on Blackout & busy dates.
6. The special offer can be utilized to book a maximum of 5 rooms
7. Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking.
8. The discounted offer is calculated on the Best Available Rate, 4D rate, Urban Getaways, Bed Breakfast & More. The discounted offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, package or negotiated rate.
9. The applicable rates are non-commissionable, and exclusive of applicable GST charges which will be charged additionally and are applicable on a per room per night basis.
10. Government taxes are subject to change.
11. Maximum occupancy per room is defined as per hotel’s policy. Additional Charges will be applicable for Children or Extra Adult in the room based on the hotel’s policy.
12. Cancellation policy as defined by the hotel at the time of the reservation. The hotel will charge penalty for the duration of the stay if cancelled within the cancelation period on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
13. In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
14. All bills will need to be settled at the time of check-out by the traveller. No credit / Bill to Company or charge to the Company Members ID will be provided.
15. Reservation may be modified online only as per the predefined policy. In case of modification the rates are subject to change and rooms are based on availability.
16. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per Terms and Conditions.
17. Maximum Length of stay at a hotel is 7 nights. For stay more than 7 nights approval required from the hotel. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.
18. Any misuse of the rate as deemed by the IHCL management will be considered as a breach of policy and will be subject to disciplinary action.
19. The Y.P.O offer benefits may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.
20. This offer cannot be sold or transferred to any other party.
21. This offer cannot be utilized by any other person on behalf of the YPO members, and the YPO member’s presence will be mandatory for availing the offers / experiences.

23. All YPO members are requested to guarantee their reservation with a credit card, at the time of making the booking. Any non-guaranteed bookings will be released as per the standard cancellation policy of the hotel. ·The hotel reserves the right to levy one night’s room charge and taxes applicable thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges, unless the reservation is cancelled within the acceptable cancellation period as stated in the confirmation.
24. In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request guests to carry a photo[1]identity to present at check-in; it could be the Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card.
25. All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation. (repeated)
26. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express credit cards. Bills can also be settled by credit card or by cash on check out

3. 12 kms free delivery from the servicing hotel booked through the app. In case of orders beyond 12 kms, delivery charges would be applicable.
